Discussing before the Malmö course and coordinator meeting

You are invited to a meeting in the Norwegian group on Thursday October 10, 1500 - 1730, Meeting room Q-315, Dep for Humanistic Studies (Avdeling for humanitiske fag).
(a) Malmö course
(b) Work plan in Norw group + Finance
(c) Projects and relation to Com 3 aims and objectives
(d) Reporting from what other groups are doing.
We hope one person can meet from each partner institutions (more people are welcome!).
We can cover travel expenses (cheapest travel) for people not living in the Stavanger/Sandnes area. No subsistence as there will be food at the meeting.

- Reporting from progress in your own group.
- Reporting on joint initiatives with others in the network (people from other partner countries)
- Next conference (planning)
- Financial and administrative affairs
- Application aims and objectives: How does the network do? How does the individual partner country do?
- Prepairing annual reports (the meeting will particularly address reporting to the Commission. This will be done by the Beneficiary (Stavanger) but based upon reporting from yourselves: (1) taken from info on the WWW-pages and (2) taken from separate (short) reports from you.
- Functionality of the WWW site: how best to use the site? (Onar Vikingstad will be present)
