Update of accommodation list This list still have a few errors that will be fixed. We are grateful for all comments that can make the list even more correct. Two versions: - one based on hotels (longest stay) - one based one groups by countries 2. Special needs There will be contact directly by mail to those that will need extra service to find their place of destination People that needs to be quartered elsewhere the first night will be compensated (free transport - either by special ordered bus/taxi or by refund). 3. Registering for the conference This will be done in two rounds: - Tuesday afternoon in connection with opening of Contact Seminar - Thursday morning in connection with opening of conference 4. Weather - clothes Weather is not stable - it can be reasonably warm, but it can very quickly change into cold wind. Warm clothes is therfore a "must". 5.
