The Norwegian group act as a national group the same way as other groups. It has three schools that are part of two Comenius 1 initiatives (one finished and one just started). One of the schools (Sandnes Upper Seconary School) is Norwegian leader in the European Youth Parliament Project www.eypej.org/ that will have it next session in Norway.

The research institution in the Norwegian group is presently the manager of the project “Youth and Migration” http://yam2008.com/ that is part of the Stavanger2008 Cultual Capital Event of Europe. www.stavanger2008.no/ The educational authority is represented both by the Ministry directly and by the regional branch.

The two NGOs taking part in this partner country are both deeply involved in intercultural activity. One of them, International House, were hosting the Nordic Integration Conference 2005 (April 8-9). SIK (Centre for Intercultural Communication) will play the role of external evaluator. This is their only role in the partnership. SIK has wide experience in international projects, particularly in Africa.
