This report (Part II of the conference report) does NOT contain all materials distributed during the conference.
Part of the materials were delivered in very large PowerPoint-presentations not well suited
for a printed report. A few of these presentations have been adopted for paper use. Other
materials were presented as posters or part of exhibitions.
The conference programme was altered several times before the final version. There may
therefore be a few discrepancies between the programme and titles in the report.
Part I of the conference report contains the official programme, flyer and compendium, list
of participants, and some other conference materials.
